¼ cup fresh parsley, finely chopped

¾ cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

½ teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and black pepper to taste

¼ teaspoon smoked paprika (optional for a smoky flavor)

½ cup crumbled feta cheese (for garnish)
