Ingredients

2 large, boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1/4 cup sweet chili sauce

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 ripe mango, sliced into thin wedges

1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced

1 cup shredded carrots

1 cup fresh cilantro leaves, roughly chopped

4 large whole wheat or spinach wraps

1/2 cup green onions, sliced

1 avocado, sliced

Lime wedges, for serving

Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

Marinate the Chicken: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper until well combined. Add the chicken breasts, ensuring they are thoroughly coated in the marinade. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours to enhance flavor absorption.

Cook the Chicken: Preheat a grill pan or outdoor grill to medium-high heat. Remove the marinated chicken from the bowl and discard the remaining marinade. Grill the chicken for approximately 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is no longer pink inside and the juices run clear. Once fully cooked, transfer the chicken to a plate and allow it to rest for 5 minutes before slicing it into thin strips.

Prepare the Wraps: While the chicken is resting, lay the wraps flat on a clean countertop. Begin layering the fillings: start with a generous handful of shredded carrots, followed by slices of red bell pepper, mango wedges, avocado slices, and a sprinkle of fresh cilantro leaves.

Assemble the Wraps: Add a good portion of the sliced grilled chicken on top of the layered vegetables and fruit. For added texture, top with sliced green onions.

Roll the Wraps: Carefully fold the sides of each wrap inward over the filling, and then tightly roll the wrap from the bottom up to enclose all the ingredients. To make them easier to handle, slice the wraps in half on a diagonal.

Serve: Arrange the wraps elegantly on a serving platter, garnishing with any remaining mango slices and lime wedges. Offer additional sweet chili sauce on the side for dipping to enhance the flavor experience.

              Prep Time: 10 minutes | Total Time: 50 minutes | Servings: 4

Presentation Tips: For an appealing presentation, place the wraps upright in a cup or standing on a plate with colorful veggies peeking out. Drizzle with extra sweet chili sauce if desired for an appetizing look.
