1 cup sun-dried tomatoes (packed in oil, drained and finely chopped)

1 cup fresh mozzarella balls (or cubed mozzarella cheese)

1/2 cup Kalamata olives (pitted and halved)

1/2 cup baby spinach leaves (roughly chopped)

1/4 cup fresh basil leaves (torn or chopped)

1/4 cup red onion (thinly sliced)

1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

1 teaspoon garlic powder
