Ingredients

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/4 cup white sugar

1/4 cup packed brown sugar

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1 tsp pumpkin spice mix

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 cup pumpkin puree (canned or homemade)

1/4 cup milk

1 large egg

2 tbsp vegetable oil

1 tsp vanilla extract

Optional: powdered sugar for sprinkling

Instructions

Set your air fryer to preheat at 350°F (175°C) while you mix the donut batter.

In a sizable bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, white sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, pumpkin spice mix, and salt until everything is well integrated.

In a separate bowl, blend the pumpkin puree, milk, egg, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until you achieve a smooth consistency.

Gradually pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring until just incorporated. Take care not to overmix; the batter should be thick but still pourable.

Lightly coat your donut molds or a silicone donut pan with cooking spray or a small amount of oil.

Spoon or pipe the batter into the molds, filling each donut about three-quarters full.

Position the molds in the air fryer basket and bake for 5-7 minutes, or until the donuts appear golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

After cooking, gently take the donuts out of the molds and allow them to cool for a few moments on a wire rack.

If you like, dust the warm donuts with powdered sugar before serving for an added hint of sweetness!
