    Cook the Sausage: In a large skillet over medium heat, crumble the ground turkey sausage. Cook it for approximately 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it’s well browned and no longer pink. Once cooked, drain any excess grease from the skillet, then remove it from the heat.

      Prepare the Egg Mixture: In a mixing bowl, crack the 6 large eggs and add in the milk, onion powder, garlic powder, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper. Whisk the mixture vigorously until all ingredients are fully combined and the mixture is slightly frothy.
