1 cup fresh raspberries

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust sweetness to your liking)

1 cup dark chocolate chips (choose dairy-free for a vegan version)

1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional, for a creamier chocolate texture)

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the plain Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and pure vanilla extract. Whisk together until the mixture is smooth, creamy, and well combined.

    Incorporate Raspberries: Carefully add the fresh raspberries into the yogurt mixture. Using a rubber spatula, gently fold in the raspberries, taking care not to break them too much. It’s nice to have some whole berries for those delightful flavor bursts in each bite!

      Fill Molds: Spoon the yogurt and raspberry blend into silicone molds or a lined baking dish. If you’re using a baking dish, even out the mixture with your spatula to create a smooth top.
