1½ cups plain Greek yogurt

½ cup canned coconut milk (for extra creaminess)

1 cup brewed coffee (cooled completely)

⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

¼ cup honey or maple syrup (adjust based on your preferred sweetness)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

A pinch of sea salt

½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut

Optional: Dark chocolate shavings for garnish

Prepare the Coffee: Start by brewing your coffee. Allow it to come to room temperature or place it in the fridge to cool completely. This step can be done in advance for quicker preparation.

    Mix the Base: In a medium mixing bowl, add the plain Greek yogurt, canned coconut milk, cooled coffee, unsweetened cocoa powder, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt. Use a whisk to blend the ingredients together until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Make sure to break down any clumps of cocoa powder for a silky texture.

      Incorporate Coconut: Gently fold in the shredded coconut. Use a spatula to mix only until the coconut is evenly distributed throughout the yogurt mixture; avoid over-mixing to maintain texture.
