2 cups plain Greek yogurt

1/2 cup honey or maple syrup (your choice of sweetness)

Prepare the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the plain Greek yogurt, your choice of honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Using a whisk or spatula, stir the mixture until it is smooth and all ingredients are well incorporated.

    Incorporate Pecans: Carefully fold in the chopped pecans into the yogurt mixture. Make sure they are evenly distributed. If you opt for chocolate chips, now is the time to gently fold them in as well for added sweetness.

      Fill the Molds: Spoon the delicious yogurt mixture into popsicle molds. Leave a little bit of space at the top of each mold to allow for expansion as the pops freeze. Insert the sticks or handles according to the specific instructions for your molds.
