Ingredients

2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and halved

2 ripe kiwis, peeled and roughly chopped

1 cup Greek yogurt (vanilla or plain based on your preference)

1/4 cup honey or agave syrup (adjust according to your desired sweetness)

1/2 cup coconut milk (or substitute with regular milk if you prefer)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup ice cubes (optional, for an extra frosty texture)

Instructions

Prepare the Fruit: In a blender, combine the halved strawberries and the chopped kiwis. Blend until smooth and well combined. If you prefer a bit of texture, pulse the mixture to retain some small fruit pieces.

Mix the Base: In a separate medium-sized bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or agave syrup), coconut milk, and vanilla extract. Whisk together until the mixture is fully blended and creamy in texture.

Combine Ingredients: Gently pour the blended fruit mixture into the bowl containing the yogurt base. Use a spatula to carefully fold the mixtures together until they are well combined. For a beautiful marbled effect, be careful not to mix completely; leave some fruit puree visible.

Pour into Molds: Carefully pour the combined mixture into popsicle molds, ensuring to leave a small gap at the top of each mold for the mixture to expand during freezing. If you have any leftover fruit puree, drizzle it over the top for an eye-catching decorative touch.

Insert Sticks: If your popsicle molds do not include built-in sticks, gently place wooden popsicle sticks into the center of each mold.

Freeze: Transfer the filled molds to the freezer and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until the popsicles are completely solid.

Unmold and Serve: When you're ready to enjoy, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to loosen the popsicles. Carefully pull the popsicles out of the molds. Serve immediately for a refreshing, fruity treat!
