Ingredients

2 cups mixed frozen fruit (choose a delightful combination of strawberries, bananas, mangoes, or any favorites)

1 cup coconut water (or substitute with fruit juice for an extra burst of flavor)

1 medium ripe banana, peeled and chopped

1 cup Greek yogurt or a dairy-free yogurt alternative for a creamy texture

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional; adjust according to your desired sweetness level)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract for added depth

A pinch of sea salt to enhance the flavors

Popsicle molds and sticks for shaping your delicious treats

Instructions

Blend the Base: In a high-speed blender, combine the mixed frozen fruit, chopped banana, coconut water, Greek yogurt, honey (if using), vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt. Blend the ingredients on high until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency. If the mixture is too thick, feel free to add a splash more coconut water to loosen it up.

Taste and Adjust: After blending, take a moment to taste your smoothie mixture. If you find it needs more sweetness, blend in additional honey or maple syrup to your liking. Blend briefly again to ensure the sweetener is well incorporated.

Fill the Molds: Carefully pour the luscious smoothie mixture into your popsicle molds. Make sure to leave a slight gap at the top of each mold to allow for expansion as they freeze.

Insert Sticks: Gently place the popsicle sticks into the molds, ensuring they are centered for even freezing.

Freeze: Transfer the filled molds to the freezer and let them chill for approximately 4 to 6 hours, or until they are completely frozen solid. For the best results, consider leaving them in the freezer overnight for perfect pops.

Remove and Enjoy: Once your popsicles are fully frozen, it's time to enjoy! To easily remove them from the molds, run warm water over the outside for a few seconds. This will help loosen them up. Gently pull on the sticks to release the pops and they are ready to serve.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 6 hours | Servings: Approximately 8 pops

                - Presentation Tips: Serve the pops on a colorful plate or stand them upright in a glass filled with ice for a festive touch. Garnish with fresh fruit slices or a sprig of mint for an attractive finish!
