1 cup diced cooked ham

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

6 large eggs

1/4 cup milk

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Cooking spray or olive oil (for greasing the muffin tin)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or olive oil to prevent sticking.

    Prepare the Hashbrown Base: In a large bowl, combine the thawed hashbrowns, half of the shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well until the hashbrowns are evenly seasoned.
