8 oz (225 g) penne pasta

1 cup cooked chicken breast, diced (using rotisserie chicken is an excellent option)

6 strips of bacon, cooked until crispy and crumbled

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 cup cucumber, diced

1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced

1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed

1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: grated Parmesan cheese for a savory garnish
